Trust and security

Every update has a source.

The chain is only useful when people can tell what is known, who reported it and where uncertainty remains. Haste Est8 makes those distinctions part of the workflow.

Evidence-led progress

A status is a claim with a history.

A milestone records its source, reported time and evidence basis. Claims are append-only except for controlled personal-data redaction, so a correction does not quietly replace an earlier statement.

  • ReportedInformation has arrived, but may await independent confirmation.
  • ConfirmedThe required basis is present for the shared view.
  • ConflictedDisagreement is flagged for review rather than hidden.

Who sees what

One chain does not mean one open file.

The platform separates a firm's own case information from the small set of milestone and blocker facts another authorised participant needs to understand the chain.

01Your firm’s case

Local transaction details, people and correspondence remain within the firm’s authorised workspace.

02Shared chain view

Relevant milestones, blockers and source states can be shown to authorised professionals across a confirmed link.

03Mover view

A separate plain-English projection gives buyers and sellers their own progress without another household’s private details.

Operational safeguards

Uncertain input goes to review.

A possible chain link, an ambiguous address or an event that cannot be interpreted safely is not converted into a confident status. Operators can review parked events, connection health and reconciliation results.

BUILT INTO THE PLATFORM

Controls around the data.

  • Tenant-scoped database access
  • Encrypted integration credentials
  • Consent and DPA status
  • Retention and erasure workflows
  • Auditable actions and changes

Pilot setup

Agree the boundaries before connecting real work.

A pilot conversation covers access, data sharing, firm responsibilities, workflow mapping and the evidence needed to treat an integration as reliable. No security certification or uptime commitment is implied here.

The next step

Review the chain view and its boundaries together.

We can walk through how a pilot would handle your firm’s workflow and data.
